Essential: $175 + $25 per city
- Basic federal and state return, W-2 income, dependents, standard deduction, secure digital copy, email support.
Mid: $250 + $25 per city
- Plus additional income reporting (1099s, capital gains/losses, etc.), itemized deductions, tax planning call.
Premium: $350 + $25 per city
- Plus complex returns including K1s, multiple solo businesses (Sch Cs), and quarterly tax meetings.
Business Taxes
Essential: $400 + $25 per city
- Business federal and state return (1120, 1120S, or 1065), secure digital copy, email support.
Mid: $600 + $25 per city
- Plus multi-state filings, K1 review for partners, year-end tax planning.
Premium: $800 + $25 per city
- Plus complex deductions/credits (R&D, Section 179, etc), multi-entity coordination, quarterly tax calculations and payments, tax correspondence, business “health snapshot”.
Payroll
Essential: $225 per month/quarter
- Payroll management for less than 5 employees
Mid: $300 per month/quarter
- Payroll management for less than 10 employees
Premium: $650 per month/quarter
- Payroll management for less than 50 employees

- Reconciliation for up to 5 accounts, quarterly check-ins, light payroll support, customized reporting.
Premium: $600 per month (or quarter)
- Unlimited account reconciliation, monthly check-ins, payroll coordination, budgeting, and tax planning.
Personal Financial Coaching
Essential: $300 per instance
- Review of income/expenses, debt overview, budget setup, email support, one consultation call.
Mid: $400 per quarter
- Plus comprehensive review of savings, retirement, investments, tax optimization tips, and quarterly check-ins.
Premium: $600 per quarter
- Plus unlimited check-ins, KPI tracking, monthly budget highlights, goal-setting, proactive guidance.
Fractional CFO Services
Full Service: $1,000 per month
- Includes Premium Bookkeeping Package and relevant Tax Package, quarterly estimated tax calculations, tax planning, priority access, tax notices, KPI tracking, quarterly check-ins, and strategic planning.
